FIXED FOCUS VIDEO ADAPTER

Note with photo on left our FVA-2 adapter is attached to the color CCD camera. This adapter is a fixed focused design for use with UXR borescopes that have diopter adjustment at the eyepiece. Attaching our C/CS-mount type CCD Video camera is quick and easy using this adapter with the borescope eyepiece inserted into the adapter and adapter threaded into the CCD camera.

ADJUSTABLE FOCUS VIDEO ADAPTER
P/N FVA3

The FVA-3 focusable video adapter is used to attach fixed focus rigid borescopes to a ccd video camera. This adapter has a c-mount thread on one end and a quick-connect designed flange for inserting the borescope eyepiece as shown in the photo. Focusing adjustment is made by twisting the focusing ring on the adapter.

COLOR CCD VIDEO CAMERA

COLOR VIDEO MONITOR

Once the camera and FVA adapter are attached, a quick connection of the video output cable from the camera and you now can see your inspection in full color with this 13" Color Video Monitor supplied with the color video system. This quality monitor has 420 Line Horizontal resolution, BNC and Y/C inputs, NTSC 525 Lines at 60Hz, approx. dimensions are 16" x 14" x 15", weight is 20 lbs., 120 VAC, 60 Hz, audio input and speaker built in.

PORTABLE COLOR LCD MONITOR

Or.... purchase our 4" TFT Active Matrix Color LCD monitor instead. Compact and lightweight, this small monitor is great for mounting right on the equipment- a standard 1/4-20 camera mount base allows it to be attached right at the equipment being inspected!

COLOR LOW-LIGHT SENSITIVE VIDEO SYSTEM

For situations where low light sensitivity is important we offer our package P/N FFVIDEO-LL. Using the same monitor and FVA video adapter as the FFVideo1 package shown above- we instead include a standard 330 Line VHS camera, with the 1/3" Color CCD chip sensitivity is improved over the 450 line unit- without increasing the cost of the system. The overall size is the slightly longer than the FFVideo1 camera shown above, however this camera is great for real dim lighting situations. System components include: FVA video adapter, Low light Color video camera, choice of 13" or Handheld 4" Active Matrix LCD monitors, cabling, power supplies for 110 VAC operation along with testing and integration.

BLACK AND WHITE LOW-LIGHT VIDEO SYSTEM

HANDHELD MINIATURE B/W VIDEO BORESCOPE SYSTEM

This compact system is our cost effective video borescope system for low-light B/W imaging. This portable system is shown attached to a rigid borescope. System components include: FVA video adapter, B/W video camera, handheld B/W monitor and power supply for the camera. As an option, it can also powered with our portable 12 volt, 100 watt light source for true DC portability. Video can save eye fatigue by viewing inspections remotely, let others share the experience, etc.

VIDEO SYSTEMS AND VIDEO ADAPTER FOR MICROSCOPES
P/N MVA-1

Click on the photos to see an enlarged view of our Microscope Video Adapter- P/N MVA-1. This is designed to fit in most any microscope that uses an industry standard, removable eyepiece. The Video adapter is 23mm in diameter and simply is inserted into the eyepiece socket after removing the eyepiece from the microscope. Focusing adjustment is provided by a focus ring at the top of the adapter. Once the MVA-1 video adapter is attached to the CCD color camera it can then be quickly attached to the microscope for bright, high quality video images.
